"Pizza with the Principal"

For the month of October, teachers selected one student from their 8th period class who had demonstrated outstanding character values of “Being Responsible,” “Being Respectful” and “Being Safe.”

Thank you, to our school principal, Mrs. Sanchez and Cristina Clark for organizing, recognizing, spending quality time, and eating pizza with our kids yesterday.

Para el mes de octubre, los maestros seleccionaron a un estudiante de su clase del octavo período que había demostrado valores sobresalientes de carácter de "Ser responsable", "Ser respetuoso" y "Estar seguro".

Gracias a nuestra directora, Mrs. Sanchez, y Cristina Clark por organizar, reconocer, convivir y comer pizza con nuestros estudiantes el día de ayer.

Café Con La Directora/Coffee with the Principal

Venga y sea parte del primer, “Café con la Directora". Hablaremos sobre información trascendente, y también estaremos contestando sus preguntas. El evento se llevará a cabo el día jueves, 25 de octubre de 8:30 am - 9:30 am. Nos reuniremos en la biblioteca de la escuela.

Come and join us to our first, "Coffee with the Principal." We will be discussing important information, and we will also be answering any questions you might have. "Coffee with the Principal" will take place on Thursday, October 25th, from 8:30 am - 9:30 am. We will be meeting in the library.

Skills USA Middle School Conference held at the Yuma Civic Center

The Skills USA Middle School Conference held at the Yuma Civic Center granted Yuma County Middle School students the experience to learn about the technical and industrial opportunities Skills USA provides to all high school students. During the conference, our students engaged in problem solving and critical thinking scenarios which required them to think outside the box and respond to specific scenarios in the area of marketing, aerodynamics, and leadership.
