We are pleased to inform you that our very own San Luis Middle School ''Sinaloense'' Band will be debuting this coming May, 2017 in a community event to celebrate Mother’s Day. In an effort to preserve our border traditions, the SLMS “Banda Sinaloense" was initiated by San Luis Middle School Principal, Mrs. Norma Sanchez in October, 2016 under the guidance of Gadsden Marching Band Director, Mr. Martin Peralta. The “Sinaloense” Band consists of more than thirty 7th and 8th grade students who have been trained by Mr. Ruben Walshe, Assistant Director of Gadsden Marching Band and Mr. Felix Armenta, the Drum Line Coach since its inception.

Make your musical way to glory, Scorpions!
